Betsy Blackstone

I have lived in Beaverdam all my life, there is nowhere else my husband and I would rather raise our three kids. About 12 years ago, I started Wee Care Christian Learning Center and through the years we have continued to grow allowing us to move to the old medical building. I am blessed and honored to be able to spend my time with the children of our community, helping them grow and learn. When I am not at work, I can be found camping or at my children’s softball and basketball games. I loved growing up in Beaverdam playing softball at the Ruritan park, attending the 4th of July parade, and attending church and enjoy watching my children have those same opportunities. My family loves our town of Beaverdam. There is no better place to grow your roots.
All 4 organizations run on a shoe string - providing events, preserving history and adding to the community of Beaverdam. This annual fundraiser is a great way to have fun and support those that make Beaverdam so special. Donate here from July 4th until October 10th or directly to one of the candidates. Come out to their events, plan on going to Heritage Days October 10th.
